 – Costings based on 100 persons attending please 10% extra for numbers less than 100 20% numbers under 50

 Your selection of  two Meat choices plus one Vegetarian , six Salads plus hot new Pembrokeshire Potatoes and Artisan Bread Basket with Welsh Butters

Dessert Selection please select two from the list

Service from the buffet counter

Rigid disposable plates with stainless steel cutlery

Tablecloths to each table £1.50 per head extra

Formally laid clothed tables with main course served from the buffet counter , dessert served to the table

Additional Extras –

Full Canape  £8.50 per person– to be circulated whilst guests are being served arrival drink – Menu on request

 

Simplified Canape  £4.50 per person– Cocktail Sausage Rolls, Sausages glazed with Honey & Grain Mustard, Cajun Chicken Goujons with Tomato & Sweet Chilli Dip, Vegan Samosas .

 

Buffet Welsh Brew Tea / Coffee / Fudge £3. per head

 

Cheeseboard with Crackers, Chutneys & Fruit £5. Per head
