Wedding - Evening Receptions
To make your days hospitality complete we have a range of evening menus from cocktail buffets to curry counters. Buffet service from 20:30 until 22:30. Tea and Coffee station can also be available.
Hot Carvery
White & wholemeal rolls filled with roast meats (of choice) & accompaniments or Chickpea Rissole from carvery. Served with salad selection of Coleslaw, Mixed Green, Potato & Chive, Curried Rice and Pickled Red Cabbage.
Fish Bar
Goujons of Plaice, Whole Scampi, Battered Cod Pieces, Chicken Goujons, Sausages, Pizzas, Onion Bhajees, Samosas and Falafel served with Chips, Sweet Potato Fries, Mushy Peas, Bowls of Mixed Salad and Bread & Butter.
Finger Buffet
A selection of Open Rolls including; Home baked Ham and Mustard, Egg, Cress and Mayonnaise, Perl Wen with Grape and Beef with Pickled Cucumber and Red Onion. Mini Indian Selection, Pizza, Chicken Goujons, Twister Fries, Onion Rings, Pork Pie, Cheese and Pineapple Sticks, Sausages with Sweet Chilli Sauce, Mini Cheese and Asparagus Quiches, Cheese Scones, Tortillas and dips and Cream Cheese Straws. Assorted Patisserie to include Mini Meringues, Chocolate Brownie, Profiteroles, Shortbread and Fresh Cream Scones with Local Preserves.
Curry Counter
Chicken Korma, Beef Rogan Josh & Spinach & Butterbean Dopiaza served with Pilau Rice, Poppadoms & Bread Basket. Sambals of Mango Chutney, Minted Onion Rings, Pineapple & Coconut.
Hot Dog Stand
Selection of Sausages with Torpedo Rolls and Onions, Bacon Rolls, Chips, Ketchups and Salsa.
Welsh Cheese Tower
Organic Gorwydd Caerphilly, Perl Wen, Perl Las, Teifi Cheddar with Nettles, St Illtyd with Garlic and Herb, Pont Gar Smoked, Blaenarvon Smoked Cheddar & Snowdonia with Cranberries. Served with a selection of Fruits, Crackers, Celery and Chutneys.
Ice Cream Counter
Local Ice Cream in a variety of flavours, served in cones or as sundaes. Displayed on a counter where guests can choose their accompaniments; Chopped Bananas, Strawberries, Raspberries in Sweetened Coulis, Hot Chocolate Sauce, Freshly Whipped Cream, Chopped Nuts, Sugar Sprinkles and Fan Wafers.

Full Dessert
Choose from the dessert menu a choice of three to accompany any evening reception. Examples include Baileys Cheesecake, Raspberry Pavlova, Apple and Blackberry Sponge Puddings, Lemon Tart and Chocolate Torte.
Cake Stands
To accompany any evening reception a selection of Home Made Cakes including Chocolate Brownie, Shortbread, Profiteroles, Mini Meringues, Decorated Cup Cakes and Macaroons. All displayed on a variety of cake stands and vintage tea plates.
