Set in the heart of rural Mid Wales amongst undulating hills and lush valleys the RWS sits on the bank of the River Wye at Llanelwedd on the outskirts of Builth Wells.

Its 150 acre site, first used in 1963 by the Royal Welsh Agricultural Society for the annual Royal Welsh Show, has been extensively developed over the intervening years today offering a plethora of pavilions available for hire.

Whether hosting a conference, exhibition, wedding, ball, private celebration, show, sale, sporting event or space to erect your own marquee/tipi - there is a site to suit. Well signed from main routes, easy access, plentiful parking and set in beautiful parkland its setting makes for some unique photo opportunities. From the Members Building with its contemporary styling, classic elegance of the International Pavilion  (licensed for weddings), to the retro space of Hafod a Hendre, or the rustic charms of the Montgomery Pavilion complete with decking terrace overlooking the bandstand (licensed for weddings) and forestry section.
