Delivery Information

Due to the current situation with the Coronavirus we are now offering a home/work delivery service each Thursday & Sunday from Tuesday 24th March of our freshly cooked, home produced dishes using the Welsh products and produce for which we are renowned.

 

Dishes available will be changing monthly, home cooked, chilled and frozen meals for delivery within a 15 mile radius of Llanddewi. Family packs and larger quantities please phone for more information

 

Food will be delivered in Bagasse Bio Degradable boxes or plastic re-usable containers suitable for microwave and oven up to 150 degrees or recyclable plastic containers for freezing.For oven reheating  we recommend transfer of food to a heatproof dish to ensure correct temperatures are reached.

Please ensure that all perishable items are placed directly into chill or freeze and that items are cooked/reheated to 75 degrees Celsius or until piping hot in the centre – thermometer probes can be purchased through ourselves at a cost of £12.95.

 

Payment can be made by card by phone, BACS or cheque on the doorstep we ask that clients refrain from using cash to limit cross contamination

Monthly menus will contain allergy and storage/cooking advice on each form – should you have any specific dietary need or allergy we ask that you please inform us on ordering.

Portion weights may vary slightly due to our dishes being hand prepared and portioned.

Anyone self isolating having difficulties collecting medications or items of shopping a nominated member of staff will make any purchases /collections for delivery with your order please request when placing order and we will do our utmost to fulfil.
